Transit

Cartagena has base fares for taxis. Taxis are generally safe and relatively cheap. You can also download the “inDriver” app. This is similar to Uber in that you can request transportation. The only difference is that with this app, you can enter the amount of money you want to pay. Maid will provide cooking, laundry service, and cleaning. Cleaning services are available upon request for stays of 6 nights or more (1 free). Each guest will have to pay the Building Management company $20.000 COP (≈$5 USD) via debit or credit for a wristband. This wristband will grant you access to the building and the amenities.

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening and nighttime hours, out of respect for neighbors.

Please turn OFF all air conditioning units when leaving the apartment. Keeping AC units running unnecessarily creates excessive wear and energy use.

If you plan to park a vehicle in the garage, you must notify us prior to arrival. Designated parking: Parking Spot #96 – 7th Floor

No Smoking. $150USD fine

Please wash any dishes used during your stay prior to checkout. Leaving excessive dirty dishes may result in an additional cleaning charge.

Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted. The building strictly enforces guest registration.

Please dispose of all trash in trash Shute located around the hallway.
