Santi and Tanya Betancur come from cross-continental backgrounds, shaped by cultures that span from North America to Latin America.

Over the years, they’ve lived in different countries and traveled to more than 25 around the world — experiencing everything from five-star resorts to the simplicity of remote villages.

That range of travel has shaped their perspective: the understanding that the most meaningful stays aren’t defined by location alone, but by how a place makes you feel.

Whether in the mountains of North Georgia or along the beaches of Cartagena, their love for travel — and for immersing themselves in everything from world-class five-star resorts to the authenticity of remote villages.

It’s this shared passion that continues to inspire every space they create.

A Family Begins

As our two sons grew and became “ready to travel,” so did our desire to create meaningful experiences we could share together.

What began as a single investment — a beachfront condominium in Cartagena, Colombia — quickly became something more. With direct access from Atlanta, it became a place where work, family, and travel naturally came together.

As we traveled back and forth — even living and working there during COVID — we began to see travel differently. The most memorable stays weren’t accidental… they were intentional.

From there, we became focused on hand-selecting the elements that defined the best of our own travel experiences — and thoughtfully incorporating them into each stay, so our guests could experience that same level of comfort, detail, and ease.
